What is the cost for an initial meeting with a solicitor?

The initial consultation fee is $500.00. The meeting typically runs for around 1 hour. If your meeting runs overtime, you won’t be charged any additional fees.

It’s important to note that while our office is in Canberra, ACT, we can facilitate legal assistance in most family matters to clients across all regions of Australia.

Do you offer virtual consultations for those unable to come to your office?

Yes, we offer virtual consultations to accommodate clients who are unable to visit our office in person. We can connect with you through video conferencing or phone calls.

How much will it cost for my divorce proceedings

We offer a fixed fee for divorce proceedings at $3,000.00.

This fee encompasses your initial consultation fee, which will be deducted from the fixed fee should you decide to proceed with us after the initial meeting. Furthermore, the fee covers our legal advice to you, the preparation of your divorce application, the filing fee for the application for divorce of $1,060.00, our representation at your divorce hearing, and issuance to you of your divorce order.

What is the cost for family or property matters?

Legal fees vary depending on the complexity of a matter. We offer transparent pricing and will discuss our estimated costs during your initial consultation, and throughout your matter.
